Description
A mobile tilting waste bin, also known as a tipper or self-tipping bin, is designed for the safe, clean, and efficient handling of waste and bulk materials. The bin is constructed of 2 mm thick steel plate and features a double-folded top edge for added strength and durability. The tipping side is made of double steel plate and is welded oil-tight, making the bin suitable for both solid and liquid waste streams. With a capacity of 450 litres and a load capacity of 750 kg, this version is suitable for large and heavy waste flows.
The robust base, made of 3 mm thick steel plate, is equipped with integrated insert sleeves, allowing the bin to be easily and safely lifted with a forklift. For maximum safety, the bin features a base plate and anti-tip protection to prevent accidental tipping. The practical push handle makes manual handling comfortable and ergonomic.
The entire structure is finished with a durable powder coating in RAL 7016 anthracite gray, resistant to wear and corrosion. For mobility, the tipper is equipped with two swivel casters and two fixed casters made of TPE rubber, measuring 200x40 mm, with ball bearings in the hubs for smooth, quiet operation. Thanks to the TOTALSTOP central braking system, standard on the swivel casters, the container remains stable at all times during loading, unloading, or when stationary.
This mobile, tilting waste bin is both mobile and forklift-compatible, offering a safe, professional solution for materials handling in industrial environments.
Please note: most Fetra products are delivered unassembled, we offer them as surface-mounted systems. The system parts can be simply inserted and screwed onto the base element. The proven ‘Fetra insert and screw principle” guarantees the same stability as a welded construction.
