Description
Purple 5000 mm lifting strap including hook for lighter lifting operations with a working load (WLL) of 1 ton, a strap width of 30 mm and two lifting loops. Both lifting loops are narrowed and reinforced for longer service life. Manufactured from 100% polyester webbing fabric as standard. These synthetic slings are known for their strong and lightweight design, crucial in the lifting industry. The design makes it easy to safely lift a variety of products, increasing productivity. Suitable for ambient temperatures from -40 to +100 degrees. Equipped with a safety factor of 7:1 and suitable for multiple use, but must be checked for damage before each use. In addition, it is mandatory to have lifting slings inspected annually by a certified inspector and the inspection report must be kept.
The lifting strap hook is specially designed for direct and safe connection to the loop of lifting straps and round slings. The perfect solution for heavy and dangerous loads up to 1 ton in the offshore industry. Made of grade 100 steel. There are several grades of steel from which lifting chains can be made, including grade 80, grade 100 and grade 120. These are the tear resistance grades of steel for use in lifting chains, steel cables and other similar structures. The higher the grade, the higher the tear resistance of the material. Grade 100 steel is even tougher than grade 80 steel and is specifically designed for demanding applications and has a higher breaking strength.
The slings and sling hook meet all legal safety requirements and are manufactured according to the CE standard and EN1492-1 and EN 1667-1 standards and come with a certificate (TÜV/GS certified). Each hoisting strap is equipped with an extra strong and hard-wearing certificate label & user manual, consisting of an extra strong PVC material and fitted with a plastic protective cover. The load capacity (working load WLL) of lifting strap can be derived from the color, label or number of stripes stitched into the lifting strap.
