Description

This rack protector set with corner protectors and longitudinal guide is the professional solution for protecting racks, machines, and warehouse infrastructure against collision damage caused by forklifts, pallet trucks, and internal transport. The set consists of two steel corner protectors and one robust longitudinal guide, which together form an effective physical barrier around vulnerable areas.

The corner protectors (90°) measure 160 x 160 x 400 mm and are made of 5 mm thick S235JR steel. They protect rack corners, pillars, and passageways against frontal and side impacts. The longitudinal guide measures 850 x 170 mm and is also made of 5 mm S235JR steel, ideal for guiding and shielding driving routes along racks. All parts are finished with a wear-resistant powder coating in yellow RAL 1003, which ensures maximum visibility and extra safety in busy warehouse environments. The striking color warns drivers in good time and helps prevent damage and downtime. Thanks to its heavy-duty steel construction, high visibility, and modular design, this collision protection for racks is an essential investment in safety, sustainability, and cost savings in any professional logistics environment.
